Some time ago I wrote about Android 1.6 being ready for Samsung Galaxy. I have waited eagerly to receive the firmware update for more than two months now but this week I got the answer from Samsung Slovenija Facebook group where the official support answered my question after more than one month. Here is their reply translated from Slovenian:

Hello! For the i7500 model currently there is available Android 1.5, firmware XXII7. Updates to Android 1.6 for this phone, in Slovenia, is not expected.

I am deeply disappointed and still don’t know how to react to this news.
